Bad mirrors

Hi,

For several days now, at least ciril.fr doesn't provide a fedora
mirror (http://ftp.ciril.fr/pub/linux/fedora/ 404).  This is may cause
various troubles depending how projects/scripts gracefully fallback on
other URLs.

How regularly is the mirror list checked & refreshed?

Hourly, so something they are doing is giving our checker a good
signal I guess. Will look.

This was actually a bug I was seeing for some time now already.

I will provide a fix for this.

Hi.

Sorry. There are changes about the mirrors in my university and we can't
continue to mirror Fedora. I thinked that ftp.ciril.fr have been removed
from the list. Please remove ftp.ciril.fr from the mirror's list.
