A Problem

Dear Admin,
        My English isn't well,please forgive my mistakes in English.Here a problem I meet of Fedora.
 When I use preupgrade to upgrade,in the end.I restart computer,and enter the Landing interface.The problem happened.
 It said "A problem has occured and the system can't recover.Please contact a system administaor".I am so sad.because My memory is in this computer.Could you tell me what things I can do now.

      尊敬的admin。我在将fedora15更新至fedora16的最后阶段出现了系统崩溃。具体情况如下：下载与安装完毕之后，我跟随着fedora的命令重启了电脑，但是到了登陆界面以后，电脑就迅速崩溃了，显示这是一个can't recover的问题。我的数据和资料全部都在这个电脑里面，您能告诉我，我现在该怎么办吗？
