Dear Sir or Madam,
Following the guidelines given on the page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mirroring, I like to inform you that we intend to set up a private EPEL mirror for the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University College London, London, United Kingdom. The mirror will be stored on a deployment server ( build.theory.phys.ucl.ac.uk, 128.40.5.35) which is currently in development with the aim to provision CentOS 7 installation and maintenance for the whole of the department using Puppet/Foreman. The machine is connected via 1 Gb ethernet.
Yours faithfully,
Sebastian Schmieschek

I had a look at your mirrormanager entry and everything seems correct. You only need to run report_mirror and mirrormanager will then know for which files to redirect clients to your mirror.
