My colleague (Callum Barr - cbarr@wxc.co.nz) originally setup and registered the NZ-based WorldxChange Communications EPEL public mirror (mirror.xnet.co.nz - 58.28.25.150 - 2001:e20:3002:3000::2). He has since moved on and of course not documented any of the details about the accounts he has used.
I suspect he has used the email address cbarr@wxc.co.nz. While I have access to this email account, I have no idea what the username is that he has configured for the Fedora Account System, so I cannot use the password recovery feature.
I would like to create a new account noc@wxnz.net and assign this as the email address associated with the WorldxChange Public mirror. I do not wish to change the IP, the country, or the outbound bandwidth or anything else.
I would also like to have noc@wxnz.net sign-up for the following mailing lists: http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/mirror-list http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/mirror-list-d
Could you please help?
Cheers, Chris

This sounds perfectly normal ;-)

As you have access to his email account this can be done in two ways. You take over his account
User: callumb, Name: Callum Barr, email: cbarr@wxc.co.nz
Or you create a new account and we can add it as admin to your site. Whatever you like better.
I would also like to have noc@wxnz.net sign-up for the following mailing lists: http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/mirror-list http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/mirror-list-d
I have seen that you subscribed, so this should be solved.
Thanks for your mirror and if you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask.

I have created a new account with username "wxcnoc", email "noc@wxnz.net". Can we please make this new account the admin for our site?
While I have taken over his account anyway, I would prefer to move away from the callumb account because as time goes on less and less people are going to remember/know that he was initially responsible for setting things up or even his email address.

ahhh hold on. I think have changed the admin account myself, so you do not need to worry about it.
Thank you very much for your help Adrian.
