Hello,
I'm setting up a lab that will not have network connectivity and would like to setup a simple yum repo synced to a nearby mirror. So, I've requested access to the mirror list email list.

This is the place where I normally write how configure MirrorManager correctly so that your clients are redirected to your mirror. With no network access there is not much to do. You just select a (tier 2) mirror and sync from it.
