Hello, the Manitoba Unix User Group has setup a new Fedora mirror,

Very good timing to hear from you. Just last week when I was going
through mirror sites with problems and I saw that we have a host called
'ftp.muug.mb.ca' which is disabled and accesses are redirected to
https://muug.ca/.
Then we have another host muug.ca which is also disabled and it was not
clear why there are two hosts which end up at the same URL.
The mirror muug.ca was created in 2014 and has mirror(a)muug.ca as admin
contact and the mirror ftp.muug.mb.ca was created 2007 and has
gedetil(a)cs.umanitoba.ca as admin contact.
Then there is also rsync.muug.mb.ca which is, according to the IP, a
completely different host.
Providing rsync is important for our crawler. Using rsync makes the life
for our crawler so much easier as it is much more efficient than
crawling via HTTP.
So it would be nice to get the status of muug.ca, ftp.muug.mb.ca and
rsync.muug.mb.ca to correctly have your mirror(s) in our database.
Our MirrorManager offers an interface for you to configure your mirrors
yourselves. As mentioned above mirror(a)muug.ca is listed as admin of
muug.ca and gedetil(a)cs.umanitoba.ca as admin of ftp.muug.mb.ca.
Thanks for supporting Fedora!
