New public epel mirror

We have set up a public Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux (epel) mirror

Details:

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania

Hostname: mirror.bacloud.com
IPv4 Address: 91.216.163.60
IPv6 Address: 2a04:2180::10

Connectivity: 100 Mbps
Upstream: Tier1 epel mirrors
Update interval: every 6 hours

HTTP  access:  http://mirror.bacloud.com/epel/
rsync access: none
FTP: none

Thanks for setting up a epel mirror; to get it listed please create an
account in the MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror in the MirrorManager;
enter your local netblocks in the MirrorManager (if desired); run
report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to
date yum (and other clients) will be redirected to your mirror.
