Hello mirror admins,
Fedora Linux 40 has now reached end of life and has been successfully staged to the archive locations. The archived content is now available under:
/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/40 /pub/archive/fedora/linux/updates/40 /pub/archive/fedora/linux/updates/testing/40 /pub/archive/fedora-secondary/releases/40 /pub/archive/fedora-secondary/updates/40 /pub/archive/fedora-secondary/updates/testing/40
This includes all necessary content for releases, updates, and updates/testing for both the primary and secondary architectures.
In two weeks, we will proceed with removing the Fedora 40 content from the main mirrors. If there is anything else that we need to take care of, we may want to plan accordingly.
Thank you for your continued support and accessible to users around the world.
Best regards, Samyak Jain Fedora Release Engineering
Hi,
Is the tree removed for 39 and 40? https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/39/ https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/40/
Fedora 38 is removed correctly, but not for 39 and 40 as I observed. https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/38/

Hey
Those are not yet removed, we are looking into an issue with mirrormanager to move the EOL release to archive, once that is done, the cleanup will come up shortly! It's on my list of items, not sure what happened with F39, but it was missed, but will be cleaned up with F40!
Thanks, Samyak
