ftp.rhnet.is -- mirror in IS shut down

Could you please stop redirecting users from Iceland (IS) to the
fedora mirror on ftp.rhnet.is.

We no longer have the resources to properly administer this mirror and
the publication and autoredirection to ftp.rhnet.is causes problems
for its users.

The mirror can be deleted from the database by [e-mail] (this is the
account that created the entry in MirrorManager) or I can delete the
mirror from the database if you like.
