Hello,

I just thought to notify you that http://mirrors.ispros.com.bd/fedora/, 
which is targeted by MirrorManager automatically for Bangladeshi users, 
is not fit for service. You may try downloading 
http://mirrors.ispros.com.bd/fedora/releases/16/Fedora/x86_64/iso/Fedora-16-... 
and see how slow/unreliable it is. We get much more faster downloads 
from Japan/Singapore servers.

I have tried notifying this local provider over phone, but I think I 
failed to reach the right person. Please see if you can notify them 
about this issue from your end, and until it's fixed, disable this 
mirror from public listing.
