 and https://mirror.chmuri.net/epel
Bandwidth is 1Gbps and IP address is 188.116.52.91

Thanks for providing a mirror. It seems your mirror is already part of
MirrorManager since 2015. The URL is using http instead of https but
besides that everything looks correct. You just need to add the EPEL
category and URL and everything is ready.
