I've setup a cronjob, do the initial rsync of Fedora EPEL and ready to 
become public mirror.

# EPEL Mirror RSYNC
45 */6 * * * perl -le 'sleep rand 1800' && bash -l ~/mirror-epel

The ~/mirror-epel files contain http://fpaste.org/7nwQ/

Our Mirror can be accessed from :
[HTTP] http://epel.fedora.mirror.rndc.or.id
[FTP] N/A
[RSYNC] rsync://mirror.rndc.or.id/EPEL

Thanks for you mirror. I had a look at your MirrorManager entry and
everything looks good.
