New private mirror request for popso.it

My name is Piergiorgio Spagnolatti. I'm senior sysadmin for Banca Popolare di Sondrio, in Italy.

We'd like to add a private mirror of the EPEL repo, in order to reduce bandwidth consumption and allow firewalled RHEL servers to install/upgrade packages from our local mirror.

Rsync requests will come from this ip range:
81.208.118.65 - 81.208.118.126
