Mirror sync issue

Hi there

Is there an issue with mirrors in Europe? i'm syncing like
  /usr/bin/rsync -rlptvSH --human-readable --progress --exclude='.~tmp~' 
--delete-delay --delay-updates 
rsync://rsync.repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/ /data/almalinux/

receiving file list ...
328199 files to consider

sent 53 bytes  received 17.86M bytes  3.25M bytes/sec
total size is 1.42T  speedup is 79,444.74

ping rsync.repo.almalinux.org
PING rsync.repo.almalinux.org (2a14:3f80:2800:200::2) 56 data bytes

But still 9.7 folder is missing and mirror.eu.4psacloud.com show expired 
(also not the only one).
