Fedora 35 moving to archive

Hi all,

Fedora 35 is End Of Life since 13. December 2022.

The latest changes have been synced from /pub/fedora &
/pub/fedora-secondary to /pub/archive

In two weeks we will remove the old trees and sync the mirror manager
to point to the archive.
