Problem with ISPros Mirror in BD

Hi,

ISPros is one of the hosts for Fedora Mirrors in Bangladesh. But they have
self-induced problem. They shape the Internet bandwidth up to 1 Mbps.
Unfortunately Fedora redirects to them most of the time.

In my opinion, if they don't want to spare Local (Free) bandwidth, they
should have a Private mirror instead of a Public one. In the mean time, my
request to you is to put ISPros down in the preference list only of
everyone else is dead.

If your policy permits, please Remove them from the list since they're
causing more problems than good. My Yum repositories automatically select
them, and mess up a lot of my time. There are really good mirrors, please
promote them - like Dhakacom, I'm downloading at more than 4 Mbps,

Its hard to verify their total bandwidth, while they cap sessions at 1Mbps.
I hope the mirror admin does something about it. It undermines the whole
point of having a mirror.

Hi,

Is there any update on this issue? ISPros is still wasting the country's
time with their super slow capped mirror hosting. If the owners don't want
to remove the bandwidth cap, I think it should be shut down permanently for
the greater good of the community.
