I believe that London/England/UK/Europe already is well connected. 45
MBit/sec don't make a noticable dent. For comparison, for just Fedora my
mirror serves 250 MBit/sec on average with peaks well into several
GBit/sec.

As far as I see this, other contributions, like QA testing, make much
more sense.
