Hi,
I run the mirrorservice.org site which has a Fedora mirror (although we're not listed on your site, so maybe we got delisted at some point). I'm trying to gain access to MirrorManager but my predecessor didn't leave me with the account details.
The site name in out client_report_mirror.conf is "University of Kent UK Mirror Service" and the host name is "mirrorservice.org". I have full access to the email accounts associated with this domain, but I don't know the username, so I can't do a password reset on the Fedora Account System.
Could you help me? If you could tell me the username and email address for the account that holds the above site I can reset the password and gain access to MirrorManager.
Then I'll make sure the mirror is in a good working state.
Thanks for your help,
Tim.

MirrorManager believes you have no data which is up to date. You probably have to change some entries in MirrorManager to point to the correct directories.

Thanks, sounds likely. I'll investigate it once I get in to MirrorManager.

To reset the password I also need the username:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/resetpass
I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked. Are you able to tell me that bit too?
Tim.
