Hi,
Following [1], would the SIG consider becoming a co-maintainer of ML Pack[2]?

Hi Benson.
I'm afraid that the ML SIG is mostly inactive and I unfortunately don't have enough free cycles and knowledge to help you with the maintenance.
Have a nice day.

Happy to continue maintaining it. However, it is helpful for SIGs to maintain related packages. This enables on boarding of new people who may take time to get packaging rights ensuring timely review of pull requests. As there will likely be a number of other machine learning packages, it maybe a good well and author maintained first package to adopt. Some of the other packages listed in the wiki could also be adopted. This might help reactivate SIG activity. A number of these packages may also use GPUs, and some co-ordination maybe helpful. However, understand if the SIG will be retired.
