after yum install docky and starting it some operations seem to miss a
dependency:

Description of problem:
Build docky per bug/solution id=822477 and the dockmanager is not built. On
F16, the downloaded separate dockmanager does not build due to a number of
issues:-
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 16 & 17
How reproducible:
Follow build instructions per id=822477, where Docky v2.1.5 is working on F16 &
F17, the 'dockmanager' component is not not built.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build Docky via instructions
2. Download the dockmanager
a. download https://launchpad.net/dockmanager v0.1.0 zip
b. ./configure fails
3.
Actual results:
The ./configure of the dockmanager fails to build :-
checking for valac... no
configure: WARNING: No Vala compiler found. You will not be able to compile
.vala source files.
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for DOCKMANAGER_DAEMON... no
configure: error: Package requirements (glib-2.0 >= 2.18.0 gobject-2.0 gio-2.0
desktop-agnostic >= 0.3.9 dbus-glib-1) were not met:
No package 'desktop-agnostic' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DOCKMANAGER_DAEMON_CFLAGS
and DOCKMANAGER_DAEMON_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Yum repo

There doesn't appear to be a yum repository maintained for mono anymore. I
would like to help contribute a repository as my corporation supports mono
applications and has a vested interest in ensuring mono is available to
Fedora, RHEL, and CentOS systems. I have requested assistance in obtaining
mono RPM specs via the mono mailing lists, and my company would be willing
to provide hosting, compute, and storage resources for building and
packaging mono for the repository. Per their recommendation, I am hoping
to contribute this to EPEL and hope that you can provide guidance in
creating the repository and maintaining the RPM spec files that I have, as
yet, been unable to find.
What are the next steps to a) getting the RPM spec files to do mono
packaging and b) creating a yum repository suitable for EPEL to serve the
mono packages?
