For the translating step, it will depend on the number of translators.
Maybe more than 2 weeks will be necessary.

GIT repo ready and plans for the translation

Hi everybody,
I'm glad to announce that the sources of Muffin 3 are currently being
uploaded to our git repository. The sources are organized according to
the given structure:
Muffin
└── muffin3
├── common
├── en
└── fr
As you can guess, the en/ folder contains the *.tex to be translated,
fr/ contains the original *.tex files in French, and common/ the
resources common to both English and French versions (Makefile and icons
for the moment).
Obviously, neither the fr/ folder nor the common/ one should be modified
by the translators. Moreover, only the *.tex files in en/ should be
modified (and possibly some pictures in the figures/ subfolder
containing French texts).
