Seems some update isn't kicking in. That would be the 13.04 version from
the update testing repo.
It's throws the workflow off from previous versions. For a new user, it
would probably be very confusing.
That's something you should probably throw at upstream. If they identify
a fix, I'll certainly include the patch for you in Fedora.
They are usually pretty responsive.
