Introduction and add amsynth to comps files

Hi,

My name is Alexandre Moine (alias nobrakal), I'm a french student who
contribute to fedora for 2 years now. I'm also a musician (violinist),
and I will love to help the development of the music into Fedora :D

For now, I've packaged amsynth (http://amsynth.github.io/), a great
synthesizer with dual oscillators, and I think it is a good idea to
add it into the comps file of the SIG (for fedora 23:
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/comps.git/tree/comps-f23.xml.in ).
Can I push a commit with this change in f22/f23/f24 files ?
