hello,

my understanding is that sync-mailbox was in place as an extra safe
guard to avoid lossing msg's. using gmail i don't see the point of
having to sync manually, especially the INBOX.
so i was wondering if this was already already implemented? i.e.
delete-message will do a delete-message plus a sync-mailbox in one shot.
