Hi Audrey,

Sorry I don’t have the details yet but I think Ankur will respond tomorrow as he is in the UK (I am in San Francisco). It will be a Google Meet that he has not sent out yet. Hopefully shouldn’t be a conflict but no worries if you can’t make it.

BTW, nipype and its dependency datalad would be great additions that are not currently packaged. Yarik from neurodebian and datalad (among many things) just announced they are now hosting the HCP1200 dataset on datalad in addition to all its existing datasets.

I would be interested to know if there are any other tools you have been using that you might be interested in seeing packaged.

Cheers,

-Morgan

Sounds great, thanks for the leads. Also, I wonder what do you mean by joining you next Wednesday noon, can you specify if there's a zoom meeting link. I would like to join but I also have to go by 1:30 pm since I have a Zoom meeting with my mentor about my poster presentation. Thanks!

Cheer,
Audrey

Hi Audrey,

Very happy to have you on board. If you can join us next Weds. I think around noon EDT we will be talking about neuroimaging tools. I like your multimodal experience. Check the nilearn dev days talks on YouTube for some recent discussion of neuroimaging projects if you are interested. Look forward to talking more about this.

Cheers,

Hi, Ankur:

Thank you! I am most interested in the 3rd area: Neuroimaging and Data Analysis in Neuroscience.

And yes, this is my first interaction with Free/ Open Source communities, and I hope I can learn a lot through this experience.

I wonder how I can access the chat channels? I would like to say hi to everyone.

Wish you have a wonderful day!

Best Regards,
Audrey

Hi Audrey!

Welcome to the Fedora community!

I've subscribed you to the mailing list

That sounds great. We're always looking for more folks to help us
out---lots to be done.

Sure! I've just had a look at your (rather excellent) CV. Well done! I
think you'd fit in really well.

Out of the three broad areas that we'd outlined in the post[1], which
one interests you most? And, would this be your first interaction with
Free/Open Source communities?

Quite a few of us hang out in the chat channels, so please feel free to
drop by there too if you'd prefer that to e-mail threads.
