NeuroFedora room on Matrix/Element.io

Hi folks,

Just a quick note. If you've been keeping up with the -devel list,
you'll have noticed that the community is discussing moving to
Matrix/Element[1], which is more user friendly than IRC.

For folks that would like to use it already, all IRC rooms are bridged
to Matrix/Element. So you can login there and use this command to join
the #fedora-neuro IRC channel using Matrix:

/join #freenode_#fedora-neuro:matrix.org

We'll add this to the NeuroFedora documentation shortly. Ticket filed
here, if someone wants to work on it:

Quick follow up, this is the URL to join the room using the Element web
interface:

Apparently one can use different "home servers" etc., but I'm not that up
to date with how Matrix/Element works at the moment to be able to help
with this :)
