Intent to remove nmstate-0.1 branch/packages (Copr) and Fedora 31 and earlier Copr repos

Hi,

it appears that we do not need to support nmstate-0.1/Fedora 31
anymore. Therefore, to clean up and free ressources, we plan to

- remove the nmstate-0.1 branch from Github
- remove the nmstate-0.1 related Copr repositories
- Remove Fedora 31 and earlier chroots (build targets) from Copr repositories

If there are no objections, we will start to implement these changes
after a week (on 17 February or later). If you have any need for any
of these items, please add a comment to the issue:

then we are not going to support Fedora 31 anymore? Is that a good
idea? We are keeping Fedora 31 RPM packages, right?

I do not think we can drop support on the only release that is released in
existing distributions.
CentOS 8.1 and Fedora 31 have nmstate-0.1, and we are supposed to drop the
packages in the middle.

We are also interested to support the community and get feedback.
The community does not have any other stable version to experiment with
nmstate except
Fedora rawhide and CentOS 8.1 that is patched with NM 1.22 (but some will
not be interested in going that far).

Upstream (the github project) does not need to follow the release
policy of downstream (distributions).

This is why I sent this notification, to allow the community to object.

I would not recommend anyone to experiment with Nmstate 0.1 but use
Nmstate. And for experimentation, I would also recommend using a test
machine/container, so using Fedora 32 should not be a problem for
them. Nevertheless, I would like to avoid to speculate about our
community but instead get their feedback. To me it seems we invest a
lot into providing artifacts that nobody is using instead of focusing
on making Nmstate as awesome as possible.
