With respect to the OCaml dependencies, it mostly surprised me that the
ocaml-sqlite-devel package does not Require: the OCaml compiler (which seems to
be ocaml(compiler)), as it seems useless without it.  I found this while trying
to verify the continued presence of this bug in a mock chroot.
