ocaml-pcre2 review

Hello OCaml packagers,

Is anyone available for a package review?  I can swap, if you like.
This is for ocaml-pcre2, to help us migrate from pcre to pcre2.

There is already a new version of ocaml-camlp5 available that makes
the switch from ocaml-pcre to ocaml-pcre2.
