Hmm, I still think that doing the test on firefox on gnome on xo1 would tell us quite a bit. Maybe one of the people testing the f11 builds would like to give it a try? I'm cc'ing fedora-olpc and OLPC's devel ml.
I would expect you to find the same bug on SoaS-on-XO1.
