I found 12 DLL files that appear to be installed by OpenAPC, and which get
left behind. You appear to have to manually remove them before a downgrade.
The filenames begin wxbase28u_ and wxmsw28u_
Its odd though, if they are just "wx widgets" in DLL form then I'd have
expected backward compatibility.
The error message is long and I couldn't copy-paste it.
