Dear OpenAPC follower,

openapc just announced version 3.1-1 of OpenAPC on Freecode.

The release notes for this version are as follows:

This version offers new HMI elements, new functionality in programming
interfaces/OpenSDK, enhanced functionality, and many new features and
improvements in BeamConstruct and related plugins.

Project description:

OpenAPC is an APC (Advanced Process Control) solution that is highly flexible
and configurable and covers a wide range of automation, visualization, and
process control tasks from home control up to industrial automation. Control
applications created with the OpenAPC editor's visual interface can perform
several tasks dependent on how the application is configured and used. The
application is available for many different platforms, so OpenAPC projects can
be switched over to a different platform easily.

Hi Just down loaded the latest version and found that when I try to open
beam construct it comes up with "could not load external plug in!"

I am building a fibre laser and bought a dual head galvo , which I want to
interface to my ETH 6608 , I down loaded the new version and attached are
the images ( the eth 6608 is not connected )

we tried to reproduce this problem on all available testing systems but with no
success. So may be your harddisk is full? Or re-installing the software solves
your problem?
