This update fixes issues with propagation of input device settings. We no
longer map the tap of a touch pad to right-click for left handed users. We
also, now properly apply mouse configuration to new devices. This update
also fixes an issue where the "SlowKeys" accessibility features gets enabled
automatically for users not running GNOME.
