Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2009-8065

Name : nfs-utils
Product : Fedora 11
Version : 1.2.0
Release : 4.fc11
URL : http://sourceforge.net/projects/nfs
Summary : NFS utilities and supporting clients and daemons for the kernel NFS server
Description :
The nfs-utils package provides a daemon for the kernel NFS server and
related tools, which provides a much higher level of performance than the
traditional Linux NFS server used by most users.
This package also contains the showmount program. Showmount queries the
mount daemon on a remote host for information about the NFS (Network File
System) server on the remote host. For example, showmount can display the
clients which are mounted on that host.
This package also contains the mount.nfs and umount.nfs program.

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2009-7871
2009-07-22 20:38:17
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : rest
Product : Fedora 11
Version : 0.5
Release : 1.fc11
URL : http://moblin.org/projects/librest
Summary : A library for access to RESTful web services
Description :
This library was designed to make it easier to access web services that
claim to be "RESTful". A RESTful service should have urls that represent
remote objects, which methods can then be called on. The majority of services
don't actually adhere to this strict definition. Instead, their RESTful end
point usually has an API that is just simpler to use compared to other types
of APIs they may support (XML-RPC, for instance). It is this kind of API that
this library is attempting to support.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update rest' at the command line.
