by updates@fedoraproject.org

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2012-3730
2012-03-15 01:35:36
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : chemtool
Product : Fedora 15
Version : 1.6.13
Release : 1.fc15
URL : http://ruby.chemie.uni-freiburg.de/~martin/chemtool/chemtool.html
Summary : A program for 2D drawing organic molecules
Description :
Chemtool is a program for drawing organic molecules easily and store them
in a variety of output formats including as a X bitmap, Xfig, SVG or EPS
file. It runs under the X Window System using the GTK widget set.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
This release consists mainly of fixes for bugs that were exposed by recent versions of the gcc compiler, linker and X11 libraries - failures to build the program or to enable translations with the generated Makefile, and most importantly a bug that led to an immediate crash at startup on at least Fedora 16. Also included is a new export module for the asymptote program and smaller fixes (entering Unicode symbol characters by cut-and-paste, saving/exporting to file paths containing spaces).

Fedora 16 Update: python-sphinx-1.0.8-2.fc16

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2012-6390
2012-04-22 02:44:48
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-sphinx
Product : Fedora 16
Version : 1.0.8
Release : 2.fc16
URL : http://sphinx.pocoo.org/
Summary : Python documentation generator
Description :
Sphinx is a tool that makes it easy to create intelligent and
beautiful documentation for Python projects (or other documents
consisting of multiple reStructuredText sources), written by Georg
Brandl. It was originally created to translate the new Python
documentation, but has now been cleaned up in the hope that it will be
useful to many other projects.
Sphinx uses reStructuredText as its markup language, and many of its
strengths come from the power and straightforwardness of
reStructuredText and its parsing and translating suite, the Docutils.
Although it is still under constant development, the following
features are already present, work fine and can be seen "in action" in
the Python docs:
* Output formats: HTML (including Windows HTML Help) and LaTeX,
for printable PDF versions
* Extensive cross-references: semantic markup and automatic links
for functions, classes, glossary terms and similar pieces of
information
* Hierarchical structure: easy definition of a document tree, with
automatic links to siblings, parents and children
* Automatic indices: general index as well as a module index
* Code handling: automatic highlighting using the Pygments highlighter
* Various extensions are available, e.g. for automatic testing of
snippets and inclusion of appropriately formatted docstrings.
