Update to make the kernel builders work again with newer opensc (I think) libraries. ---- This removes the dependencies on pkcs11 module providers; those need to be handled elsewhere so as to only pull in the modules required on a given system. --- This also makes the macros work with newer RPM, and tries to make builds on the fedora kernel builders fail if the signing permissions aren't right. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
