Update Information:

This update backports several kde-settings bug fixes from Fedora 17:
- The KSlideShow screensaver defaults have been fixed to use the simple transition (the fancy ones are very slow, see kde#182104) and the xdg-user-dir folder for pictures.
- The default applications for the application/x-rpm mime type have been fixed to use the current .desktop file names.
- The default indexing paths in nepomukstrigirc have been fixed to use xdg-user-dir instead of hardcoded English (and for videos, entirely wrong, see #861129) folder names.
