Description :
Performance Co-Pilot (PCP) provides a framework and services to support
system-level performance monitoring and performance management.
The PCP open source release provides a unifying abstraction for all of
the interesting performance data in a system, and allows client
applications to easily retrieve and process any subset of that data.

performance improvements and enhancements to the Prometheus PMDA - bug fixes and
enhancements in many other PMDAs - improvements to Docker container name
heuristics - nfsclient PMDA rewritten to use the libpcp_pmda Python binding -
new PMDA for monitoring s.m.a.r.t. disk statistics - better handling of
compressed archives in pmwebd - assorted important SELinux updates - important
bug fixes in libpcp and a new fetchgroup reset interface - many build,
infrastructure and packaging updates.
