-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fedora Update Notification FEDORA-2019-7153dc69ea 2019-12-07 01:29:55.747545 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : glibc Product : Fedora 30 Version : 2.29 Release : 27.fc30 URL : http://www.gnu.org/software/glibc/ Summary : The GNU libc libraries Description : The glibc package contains standard libraries which are used by multiple programs on the system. In order to save disk space and memory, as well as to make upgrading easier, common system code is kept in one place and shared between programs. This particular package contains the most important sets of shared libraries: the standard C library and the standard math library. Without these two libraries, a Linux system will not function.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information:
This glibc update contains re-built packages with correct annobin data. Bug 1779399 caused crti.o and crtn.o, objects that provide the C run-time functionality required to start-up and run programs, to have corrupt annobin data. This update fixes that. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ChangeLog:
