Breezy (brz) is a decentralized revision control system, designed to be easy

By default, Breezy provides support for both the Bazaar and Git file formats.

Update Information:
New package [Breezy](https://www.breezy-vcs.org), a fork of Bazaar. In Fedora
31, it does not yet replace Bazaar. Use the `brz` command instead of `bzr` to
use Breezy instead of Bazaar. Parallel installable with the `bzr` package.
