A GUI to ease the process of producing a multipage PDF from a scan.

Update Information:
This release fixes a crash when hotplugging a scanner, and PDF::API2 failing to
emebed a TIFF image. It also updates German tanslation. ---- This release
fixes manually adding first OCR word to a page, finding a page by number, an
error message with zoom above 15, ignoring a device-not-found message by
cancaling a wizard. It also adds a warning about a missing language support in
Tesseract and a split tool. It also updates Hungarian and Turkish translations.
