Handling messages directed to users can be a hassle, certainly when the same
software is used for command-line and in a graphical interfaces (you may not
know how it is used), or has to cope with internationalization; these modules
try to simplify this.

Update Information:
This release adds support for FATAL, NONE, ARRAY, and undef expansion reasons.
It also fixes recursive errors when a file cannot be written for a
Log::Report::Dispatcher::File dispatcher and catching and redirecting some
exceptions.
