I see there three (or two depends on point of view) independent parts: glade3, libgladeui and libgladeui-devel. I have one good reason for such division - for anjuta2 glade3 plug-in you need only libgladeui(-devel), not whole glade3. I think that glade3 is front-end for libgladeui, from a development point of view.
