Description:
Python library for the numerical analysis of spiketrain similarity.
PySpike is a Python library for the numerical analysis of spike train
similarity. Its core functionality is the implementation of the bivariate ISI
and SPIKE distance as well as SPIKE-Synchronization. Additionally, it provides
functions to compute multivariate profiles, distance matrices, as well as
averaging and general spike train processing. All computation intensive parts
are implemented in C via cython to reach a competitive performance (factor
100-200 over plain Python).

Modeling for Microstructure Informed Tractography

SRPM URL:

Description:
The reconstructions recovered with existing tractography algorithms are not
really quantitative even though diffusion MRI is a quantitative modality by
nature. As a matter of fact, several techniques have been proposed in recent
years to estimate, at the voxel level, intrinsic micro-structural features of
the tissue, such as axonal density and diameter, by using multi-compartment
models. COMMIT implements a novel framework to re-establish the link between
tractography and tissue micro-structure.

SRPM URL:
https://ignatenkobrain.fedorapeople.org/neurofedora/python-PyMVPA-2.4.0-3.f…
Description:
PyMVPA is a Python package intended to ease statistical learning analyses of
large datasets. It offers an extensible framework with a high-level interface
to a broad range of algorithms for classification, regression, feature
selection, data import and export. It is designed to integrate well with
related software packages, such as scikit-learn, shogun, MDP, etc. While it is
not limited to the neuroimaging domain, it is eminently suited for such
datasets. PyMVPA is free software and requires nothing but free-software to
run.
PyMVPA stands for MultiVariate Pattern Analysis (MVPA) in Python.

Summary: Review Request: python-aenum - Advanced Enumerations
(compatible with Python's stdlib Enum), NamedTuples,
and NamedConstants
Product: Fedora

Reporter: ignatenko(a)redhat.com
QA Contact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: package-review(a)lists.fedoraproject.org
Spec URL: https://ignatenkobrain.fedorapeople.org/for-review/python-aenum.spec
SRPM URL:
https://ignatenkobrain.fedorapeople.org/for-review/python-aenum-1.4.5-1.fc2…
Description:
aenum includes a Python stdlib Enum-compatible data type, as well as a
metaclass-based NamedTuple implementation and a NamedConstant class.
An Enum is a set of symbolic names (members) bound to unique, constant values.
Within an enumeration, the members can be compared by identity, and the
enumeration itself can be iterated over. If using Python 3 there is built-in
support for unique values, multiple values, auto-numbering, and suspension of
aliasing (members with the same value are not identical), plus the ability to
have values automatically bound to attributes.
A NamedTuple is a class-based, fixed-length tuple with a name for each possible
position accessible using attribute-access notation as well as the standard
index notation.
A NamedConstant is a class whose members cannot be rebound; it lacks all other
Enum capabilities, however; consequently, it can have duplicate values.
Utility functions include:
* skip: class that prevents attributes from being converted to a
constant or enum member
* module: inserts NamedConstant and Enum classes into sys.modules
where it will appear to be a module whose top-level names cannot be
rebound
* extend_enum: add new members to enumerations after creation
* enum: helper class for creating members with keywords
* constant: helper class for creating constant members
