--- Comment #12 from Miro Hrončok <mhroncok(a)redhat.com> ---
Adding Python SIG is always appreciated with Python packages.
Yes, that commit fixes the problem, thanks!

Does this address the concern?

Miro,
Whoops. I can try to fix that. In the meanwhile I've added python-sig to the
package on src.fp.o with commit access. I hope that is okay.

This has been built now.
Note that this will break with Python 3.10:

Description: Ever wanted to release a cool new app but found it difficult to
add its location to PATH for users? Me too! This tool does that for you on all
major
operating systems and does not require elevated privileges! Fear not, this only
modifies the user PATH; the system PATH is never touched nor even looked at!

This package replaces python-adduserpath
(https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-adduserpath) - it's from the same
sources and the upstream project finally decided to use only one name for the
project and Python module. I've tested in rawhide that the upgrade from
python3-adduserpath to python3-userpath works as expected and I'll retire the
old one before I'll submit this one to avoid conflicts.

This is a basically resubmission of the package from bug 1704917 (but updated
to the latest upstream version 0.2.2). The linked package review is expired
(older than 6 weeks) because the original submitter did not request a git repo
in time. I tried to contact him several times (also privately) but got no
response.
This package is required to fix bug 1331947 and bug 1475749 so I'm starting a
new review request to get this done.
Just for the record: I'd be happy to co-maintain this package with brouhaha (we
share maintainership for some packages already). This issue is just to "get
things done".
