It's used by invoke (which is why I'm interested in it, invoke is now a
dependency of paramiko).
I suspect the reason that you stuck with 0.2.0 is that 0.2.1 was not properly
released, and upstream seems to be AWOL:

I'll stick with 0.2.0 I think.

Hi Paul,
IIRC, the version was selected because py-fluidity-sm was a dependency of
fabric or py-invoke (prphaned along this), not sure if it's still the case.
