This package is only a dependency for
https://github.com/ImageOptim/libimagequant, which I am trying to build.
As this is my first package in Fedora, I require a sponsor.
Here is the successful copr build:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/blinxen/rust-noisy_float/build/51...
I am not sure if this is needed, but here is the rpmlint output:
```
Description: Python bindings for Network Security Services (NSS). This package
was previously retired due to lack of time/interest on the part of the original
maintainer, but there are still packages in Fedora (sigul) that depend on it.
Sigul seems kind of vital so I'd like to see that working again.
