Summary: Review Request: libquicktime - Library for reading and
writing Quicktime files
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Hardware: All
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
Component: Package Review
Severity: medium
Priority: medium
Assignee: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org

SRPM URL:

Description:
Libquicktime is based on the quicktime4linux library with several
enhancements. All 3rd-party libraries were removed from the
sourcetree. Instead, the systemwide installed libraries are detected
by the configure script. All original codecs were moved into
dynamically loadable modules, and new codecs are in
development. Libquicktime is source-compatible with
quicktime4linux. Special API extensions allow access to the codec
registry and more convenient processing of Audio and Video
data.

Description: GnuDOS package is a GNU software. It is a library designed to help
new users of the GNU system, who are coming from a DOS background, fit into the
picture and start using the GNU system with ease. It also addresses the console
programmers of such programs that have the look and feel of old DOS system.
The library is composed of core utilities and software applications:
* The core library (corelib) contains three components: Kbd (for keyboard
handling), Screen (for screen drawing), and Dialogs (for dialog boxes/window
drawing).
* The software applications are: Prime (console file manager), and Mino
(console text editor).

Note for reviewers:
GnuDOS was a Fedora package up until f39. Due to different issues I was unable
to continue maintaining this package. I wish to resume being a maintainer for
this package, and the guidelines for orphaned and retired packages say I need
to go through the review process from the beginning. I appreciate if someone
can review the package and help me restore it to Fedora.
I have completed a Koji build, which you can see here:

Summary: Review Request: steam-devices - Provides udev rules
for Controller support for Steam/Lutris/Wine/other

Description: This package provides udev rules to support the steam controller,
and many third party gamepads/joysticks/and other gaming peripherals, it is not
only applicable to Steam itself, but is beneficial to Lutris, Heroic, WINE
itself, and many other gaming platforms, and is also almost *required* to be
installed on the host for anybody using the Steam/Lutris/etc flatpaks, like the
Fedora Atomic offerings. This was originally part of the larger Steam
distribution, built on rpmfusion, but was split into it's own software package
by Valve, and licensed under MIT back in 2020, and this will allow Fedora
Atomic Desktop users to install these udev rules without needing to enable
RPMFusion

Description:
SuiteSparse:GraphBLAS is a complete implementation of the GraphBLAS
standard, which defines a set of sparse matrix operations on an
extended algebra of semirings using an almost unlimited variety of
operators and types. When applied to sparse adjacency matrices,
these algebraic operations are equivalent to computations on graphs.
GraphBLAS provides a powerful and expressive framework for creating
graph algorithms based on the elegant mathematics of sparse matrix
operations on a semiring.
SuiteSparse:GraphBLAS is used heavily in production. It appears as
the underlying graph engine in the RedisGraph database by Redis,
and as the built-in sparse matrix multiply in MATLAB R2021a, where
C=A*B is now up to 30x faster than in prior versions of MATLAB (on
my 20-core NVIDIA DGX Station).
The development of this package is supported by Intel, NVIDIA
(including the donation of the 20-core DGX Station), Redis,
MIT Lincoln Lab, MathWorks, IBM, and Julia Computing.
