Description: Skip lists in Golang
Fedora Account System Username: strophy
This is my first package for Fedora, but I have some Alpine packaging
experience. I plan to start with small autogenerated Golang dependencies like
this, working towards packaging s5cmd as I learn.
I set up and authenticated with Koji but the build system responds with
`ActionNotAllowed: policy violation (build_from_srpm)` - I think I need to be
given permissions, so I'm looking for a sponsor.

Description:
AstroVascPy is a Python library for computing the blood pressure and
flow through the vasculature (whole cortical column). AstroVascPy
incorporates the effect of astrocytic endfeet on the blood vessel
radii. In particular, AstroVascPy replicates the dynamics of the radius
of a vessel due to vasodilation.
