Fedora Account System Username: music
This is required for a new rust-av-scenechange package, which is required for
updating rust-rav1e, which is required for updating rust-ravif, which is
required for updating rust-image.
The rust-as-slice dependency, bug 2425799, was just built in Rawhide, so it may
be some hours before this can be reviewed directly using "fedora-review
--mock-options=--enablerepo=local …", and up to a couple of days before the
dependency appears in a Rawhide compose.
This package is 100% boilerplate, with no hand-editing and no rust2rpm.toml.
This built in COPR,
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/music/rust-image/build/9959497/,
although the fedora-review support in COPR no longer appears to provide very
useful output.

The last upstream update was several years ago, but this is a very tiny crate
that probably needs very little attention.
